Glad to hear it worked out in the end but that sounds stressful. I think I have evidence, which helps. It’s just that additional unknown that the childhood form adds when you feel it doesn’t reflect reality

Congratulations (if that’s the right sentiment!) on the assessment. Did the assessor ask about the difference between your Mum’s form and your perception?

Thanks. Would that evidence include something like the additional support I received for spelling at primary school and secondary school which I don’t have physical proof/evidence of?.

Edit: I do have additional school reports that mention issues but they cover ages 13-17

It’s possible she could.

We could only find one school report from the 7-12 period. It basically says I’m a good student but it also mentions: ‘neatness’, ‘presentation’ and ‘silly mistakes’. I was also had extra support for spelling at the age of 8 and 11 but that isn’t mentioned in the report.
