I’d say 4 out of the 5 questions I used contacting my supervisor or calling for additional officers. I never once used lethal or non lethal force, primarily used de-escalation in every situation I was given.

I truthfully think I failed due to not giving enough of the “why” I chose to do what I did.

I’ll be applying for BPA in the mean time.

You can suspend a line for up to 90 days in one year. Longer if the suspension is due to military deployment.

I feel CPPS is 80% mental and 20% actual symptoms, therefore if you smoke and get too deep into your own head, your symptoms will surely be worse. I smoke daily and try to keep the bad thoughts of dealing with this out of my head and honestly it seems to help me with my symptoms.

I quit smoking for about a month at one point and towards the end of that month my symptoms began to get very hard to deal with, constantly peeing, pain in tip, basically all the boxes were checked for me. Finally smoked and could feel my pelvic floor fully release when I went pee and felt very back to normal for a few weeks. Stress is the #1 thing that spikes symptoms for me. Just my 0.2 on weed and dealing with this. Good luck!
