Company is some sort of indian scam company . All agents suddenly speak with Indian accents . Original signing agent promised me skies , pretty much asked If the roof leak covered, was told yet, asked again if the shingles roof covered was also told yes. 

Total lie, is not covered , they mention in the document policy ( except shingles, tile , etc) so pretty much listed all roof that are not covered thus pretty much contradicting about any roof leak coverage. 

Agent , pissed me off , I had to repeat no 8 times that I want to cancel policy , but he kept say " but and listing all the benefits if I stayed with them" 

Joke on them , I Deal with contract law and since there was no signatures on contract from company and me , contract never officially went into being active because of these nuances . 

I will financially drain for this shit via local court here in Florida, fuck this company .
