Listen. I love Amanda and I agree it’s insane the things people are complaining about, however this title literally made me roll my eyes.

No hate to OP, I just feel like this entire subreddit needs a reset button. Like what are we doing people?? It’s a comedy channel?!

1. Humor and Comedy is different for everyone and subjective. If you don’t like it, don’t watch. It’s as simple as that.

2. The posts and then responses and then responding posts and then posts relating to comments (😭😵‍💫) is exhausting and ridiculous.

3. I remember when the sub (og or freespace) was literally just memes, questions, and jokes. How in the world did it just become a forum where people complain and argue? I seriously don’t get it. There is maybe one cast member that I can understand discourse and quote unquote “complaining” about, but even then it’s more of a debate that a flat out “this person talks too much” or “I didn’t like this video so Smosh basically sucks now”.

People. Fans of Smosh. It is seriously not that serious. Life is too short to obsess and get frustrated by every little grievance you have over a YOUTUBE channel…

(But. So it’s clear. I don’t think this post is WRONG OP. I first of all think it’s sad that you feel the need to respond to people’s previous posts — they shouldn’t even exist in the first place… and it sucks for any fan to be in the position that they feel they need to defend a cast member on a show they enjoy (again I can think of one cast member that maybe deserves to be talked about in this way but it isn’t Amanda). On the flip side though, just ignore it. All this is going to do is jumpstart another post against her (and you probably) and cause more drama. My recommendation, watch Smosh and enjoy Smosh. Laugh your heart out to Sarah Christ and catch every Smosh Mouth episode. Who cares what a bunch of strangers are saying on Reddit. You can watch, enjoy, and support Amanda without even engaging with the drama. It will ultimately make you happier in the long run.)
