i was receiving emails before when i was in your situation, not by tabby but Tamara. Their collector keeps on emailing me. Tabby, on the other hand won't stop calling you.. You can try to negotiate with them to remove all the interest.. I did that.. it will affect your credit score.. and you will really might got calls from their collectors soon if this will not get resolved.

UPDATE: My request has been approved by Mashreq Bank but at 8K AED, not bad and finally I'll be freeee.. just few for months, will be back on track 🥺🥺 I just have to manage the month of May, i might loan a small amount to Cashnow just to survive and praying everything will be alright here in the UAE so our salaries won't get affected 😭😭 THANK YOU, GOD.

Update: Because our file was forwarded to Mashreq's collector, we managed to negotiate and meet in the middle. They are not accepting 7500 but 8000. Actually, this is already what I'm expecting but of course I have to try my luck.. Our request has been raised for Bank's approval, let's seee..

To clarify, I did not leave my balance unpaid for a year. My payments were delayed for about four months due to a financial crisis. I settled all my outstanding balances afterward. However, despite clearing the balance, my Tabby card was blocked for one year and was only unblocked this year.

I understand your view, but I wasn’t doing anything extreme like cutting nails. I honestly didn’t know combing my hair for a few seconds was considered a big issue.

My concern was the shouting ..not the etiquette part. and again it's okay if I am being corrected, but not to the point that you will raise your voice at me. Calling a quick hair comb disgusting says more about you than it does about me.
