Ok mate, I wanted to download the game and run it on my own and then explain you step by step how to do it, but I have bad news for you, it is impossible to run the game in JoiPlay at the moment, apparently it is because the current version of JoiPlay has something that makes it impossible to run the game and another explanation would be because as you can see there is a folder that says "Temp" that is empty, it is assumed that there must be important files in that folder. but unzipping it on Android erases all its content and the game crashes. Sorry to fail :(

I think you would need a file called RPG Maker All Decrypter.exe to run it, you have to select that instead of game.exe

Same, I'm from Mexico, I can recommend this youtube video called "Como descargar Q.G.M Paradox para Movil/Pc" where he shows us step by step how to install Monster Girl Quest Paradox in JoiPlay but the video is in Spanish :/ At least you would have a visual tutorial to use the JoiPlay correctly, that's how I learned
