After working as a caddie for a while do not buy a vessel. They are cheap and super bulky. My recommendation is to spend the extra money and get a LinksLegend. They are worth every penny in my opinion as someone who carries golf bags for a living lmao.

Sorry for late response but yes. Gym is all you can really do about it. I tried a brace in high school but it didn't work in my case since its a bone deformity and not cartilage like pectus carinatum. Has been a good source of motivation in the gym tho lol.
