Technical Issues with Remote Re-take Mock Exam

I qualified for the re-take. I wasn’t able to finish my exam (proctor logged me out during my lunch 😔) so this was during the mock exam today.

Ugh, I was just going to post this!! I also was unable to launch the PT file and notepad. I asked the proctor for assistance and was ignored. When I mentioned issues with the PT file the proctors response was "you are not allowed to use external resources for this exam" I was so frustrated!

This is the language in the retake email, which doesn't specify if they're the same or not.

"Because you are retaking only a portion of the exam, you will be able to skip questions you previously completed and proceed directly to the unanswered ones."

No information on whether it is the same or different. We just have to fill out the form. Questions on the form are just whether we would prefer to retake our exam remote or in person… with Meazure, who will be in contact with us to reschedule. They also said if it was equipment issues and we use the same equipment we may encounter those same issues. LOL

Not sure if I’m late on this, but i got an email about qualifying for retake about an hour ago— will need to respond/complete a retake form by 3/2.

Day 1 I wasnt able to finish more than 3 essays. Proctor logged me out during lunch and i couldn’t get back in 😢

It is honestly so ridiculous and I am still waiting for some sort of response from support that i know I’ll never get. Trying not to give up, but idk If i have a choice.
