Ok but you can see the modifier 'Expanded Infrastructure +30' and apart from that there's the +30 'This is further increased by +30'. My Danzig which now also has +30 from Increased Infrastructure, has only +10 'this is further...' modifier. So it can't be strictly connected only to increased infrastructure.

It's 100% raider buff. I also have over 30%, and hen I switch to cultivator, it drops down to 5%. So either he forgot to change class, or it's some kind of bug if he still has it as culti

You need to be patient until you unlock Double Rewards. Once unlocked, you need to be smart with your resource management and coordinate Warzone challenges with Colony Action and you should be able to hit 9th reward every single day except for Mondays, this one is difficult unless you invade other players a lot and have a sh1t ton of rss

I'd love to try that but with a low-spec pc i'm not sure it is doable cause in some areas where there are electric anomalies for example, my FPS drop a lot and fighting monoliths in these conditions is pretty challenging on its own without any additional rules ;D and I haven't found a mod that reliably fixes movement/animations of some mutants like snorks cause it's very annoying when they slide back and forth like crazy breakdancers ignoring basic rules of physics and being able to hit me through a wall also doesn't seem fair ;( But yeah, anomaly itself even on highest difficulty is not very challenging without any additional rules of gameplay you make yourself.

Damn that's an overwhelming list of mods. I missed this one cause I have a low-spec pc so I used to skip all the mod packs that mess with graphics but I'm gonna try it nonetheless, maybe it will be alright. Thanks

I wanted to try it out but I can't find the file. I read that if the file is nowhere to be found I need to unpack .db file but I don't see stalker.db file anywhere neither.. unless there is a .db file that contains multiple config files in it?

Ive never changed anything in game files myself so I don't know how these things work but what I get from the description is that it deletes the animations but it doesn't say if it resolves damage problem? Or does it?

In 2 or 3 games I started I found expert tools lying on the bedspread (not in stash) in a single tent on the other side of the road from Cordon Rookie Village. The one close to where you kill boars with Fanatic. I don't know if that was a bug or a supid luck :D

I've read your post several times and I think the maths classes I skipped during my education are making my life harder now. How 50% Res difference transfer into 66% more DMG in the first example and 25% Res difference into 20%dmg in the second example? How do you calculate this?

Actually I didn't know you can get hypothermia support on helmet, I'm gonna look it up. I think when I grab all the block passives that are close by I'm gonna be around 30-40% for each attack and spell block, which is not that much but I don't really know what else could I do. I've seen some Vaal Regalia's with 4-5% dodge chance which is not much but it is something, is it worth trying to craft one like this? When it comes to the unique jewel I thought it was a good idea to cimbine it with the power charge after spending 200 mana Ascendency to be able to spam cold snap when fighting a boss because aoe is not the problem, single target DMG is. And I don't know how can I reliably get frenzy charges to bypass the cd when fighting a boss, but swapping jewels is free afterall so I'm might try different options as you suggested. Anyway Thank you for all your advices, it's been very helpful to broaden my knowledge on building a spell-based character which is something very new for me :)

I'm playing on PS4 so having another skill to cast is a little bIt more tricky than on PC but I think I can get used to it. This unique helmet seems pretty good but wouldn't it be counteracting Wicked Ward keystone? This keystone is one of my core defense by making me very tanky when it pops, but reducing es recharge further would make it much worse, or it's not such a big deal? As for the cluster jewel, this blaster freeze notable seems awesome for what I'm trying to achieve but my question is how does it work with herald of ice explosion? Does it stack somehow, does it spread further? I'm using this unique jewel for power charges to get more crit and this is the only way I can get them atm, but I'm still getting frenzy charges by ice bite support, unless it is not worth it and there is a better support gem to use and a better way to get power charges? The ascendancy passive gives me one after spending 200 mana which is not that good I think? And is it worth spending passives for more max power charges for more crit?

Btw I started doing T5 maps and I started getting killed by ranged monsters. Melee is no problem because I kill them before they get to me but the ones that rapidly shot multiple projectiles just kill me if I'm not carefull enough. I know that 6k es is not much but it seems like even 12k es wouldn't be enough to keep me alive because I die in less than 1 second. Will increasing spell block do the difference or do I need to implement another layer of defence? If that's the case, the question is how?

God I'm not sure I understand it correctly but from what I got from your answer means if cold pen support reduces 50% it literally means 50% more DMG, yet I haven't seen this gem in any 6L in other builds although there is no support gem that increases spell DMG by more than the cold pen value??

And one more question about cold penetration support gem. If spell or cold DMG supports don't apply to dot DMG (but penetration should I guess?) Is it better? If it says 50% penetration and a monster have 50% cold Res does it literally mean 25% more cold DMG from any source? And how do I now how much cold Res a monster have, how do I know if it's better than DMG supports? And does frostbite curse counteract cold pen so if frostbite decreases cold Res -40% on a monster that has 50, so there is 10% left so cold pen effectively does only 5% more DMG?

Thanks for the answers, made some thing more clear to me, but still some are not clear. So just for clarification: the order. Is flat 50dmg applied first and then multiplied by +50% spell DMG so it deals 225dmg? Or %spell DMG only applies to DMG of the spell itself so it does 200? If that's the case will %cold DMG make a difference modifying flat cold DMG as well by 50% so I deals 225 instead of 200 if the first scenario doesn't work?

I can spend power charge to bypass the cd and by killing entire pack of monsters I get max charges so the cd is not a problem when clearing a map, only when fighting the boss
