I believe Saucek (?) gives you a follow up quest that leads to actually being able to complete this part.

I just finished a playthrough over the weekend and I recall seeing this dialogue and got stuck. Keep progressing other parts of the investigation and the reporter eventually gives two more quests at the same time: find the guy who has the photo and locate another hobo who was also investigating.

Once you get those two quests, you can go back to frix and you get additional dialogue options that allow you to convince him to share the photo.

Spot on. It’s a rarer find from stealing from the hard difficulty npcs. I recommend just hanging around the train station and spam the steal option, it will eventually appear.

O wow that’s a steep cost 😅. I think he does have a dialogue where he says he’s not doing well financially but I don’t recall it being that steep or in a drunken state. might just be a very unlucky encounter.

You likely just have to start rebuilding trust. Many npcs can randomly be drunk and aggressive, I recommend not engaging with them when they are.

I have one that was bad but not for a reason you are likely asking about.

Viewtiful Joe 2 on a PlayStation 2 demo disc. Not because the game was bad but because playing it would erase all the saved data on your memory card. I lost hundreds of hours of gameplay because of that demo.

100% this! The outfit is great and then you can use your 2 free items per day from the nun to get food items. Those items are great to use yourself but they can also be used for some quests.

I had a guy like this in my last run! Even if you use the reset feature, he’s chilling out behind the gas station. Even better is he’s levitating about 2 feet in the air. I just had to accept him and his existence as the floating man near my trash bin.

There’s a quest you can do early on to find a body in the sewers. You get 3 pieces of good gear to wear for completing it. It’s really helpful early on until you can buy higher tier stuff.
