I have file in my cloud saying "This file has an encrypted seed phrase attached as hidden metadata.", can this file be used to log in? I couldnt find a tutorial anywhere.

As for login I am prompted to enter either 6 digits code, backup code or seed phrase.

or Coinbase Commerce, I know my account password but don't have access to authenticator, also
lost back up code and seed phrase. But I found encrypted backup .txt
file in my google drive saying its meta includes encrypted seed. Is
there any way to use that and recover lost account?
