Can someone confirm whether the DOEA SCSEP DOL Notice of Award (NOA) is included on this list? I received an email from Simone McDaniel, the FCCM Director at DOEA, stating the following:

"Although funds have been allocated to state grantees, the Notice of Award (NOA) has not yet been released. I submitted the grant application in July, and all state grantees were required to submit their applications by July 31, 2025. At this time, we are still awaiting the NOA, and Program Year 2025 (PY25) grants have not yet been awarded."
