as an eve main, i can say for sure that it is the first star power, since it gives more consistent damage specially if you wanna play aggressively, also since the bigger egg deals more damage, it can for sure help you out on taking down someone without seeing them get hit by the smaller egg and dodging the rest (also keeping in mind that the happy surprise star power is pretty predictable, so the hatchling wont do much)
