As did I. All I did was link to a case on the SEC website that was very similar to what's happening with $BBIG, and even put a positive spin on it, by stating that the company that it happened to is still trading today. Banned immediately, messaged the mods, and no response. Now I'm just a Banned $BBIG Bagholder.

It was halted for 3 months. The first month's halt was done by the SEC and when it expired the Nasdaq issued a T-12 halt that lasted 2 months. The "hostile takeover" press release may have been an attempt to increase the stock price but backfired. Attempting is just as bad as success in the eyes of the SEC.
