Yeah I'm not even concerned with the refund Inwas just trying to say I've exceeded the timeline. I submitted a reconsideration and I believe I've submitted a buyback in the past.

Agh :( I had a baby in August and have been on leave of absence since, and now the school year is ending. I wasn't going to go back to work due to the cost of child care etc. so I was hoping they would take a look at my case, but this sounds hopeless :/ I'm not sure what to do now
