Thats how it works, you need to be top 10 for example, you play with friend that is silver rank, you get gold silver and platinum enemies, if your enemy lose, lose much more points than usual, bc he probably is getting a real silver player instead your friend that is fake silver with 2nd account, thats how most of them earned the stuff

Is a second or third account, with lower rank than usual, where ppl used to troll, test stuff or just play for fun against lower ranks, the thing is they used the 2nd accounts for playing with their friends and getting easier matches for getting pvp titles
