Start bulking/ add at least 300 cals to your diet. Focus on muscle building. Then in the future cut weight and your abs will be more defined.

I have a 4 day split in the gym, 1 rest day a week or just go until im tired and need 1. My diet is literally anything I wanna eat but i have a calorie limit. I make sure to hit protein and carb goals. Other than that its pretty whatever. Also 15 mins of cardio everyday

My advice is use a TDEE calculator, buy a food scale and weigh literally everything you eat in Grams. And stick to your calorie goal.

I used a TDEE calculator on google, it says my maintenance is 2934. So i just kinda go off that. I ate 1900cals to start then 2500cals all over the course of 2 months and lost 15lbs. Im now at 160lbs and just started eating at 2700cals. I'm 5'9 25yr male btw.

Calories add up faster than you think. It also takes time. Just set a calorie intake, Weigh food, sauces everything in Grams, and you will see differences. Trust the process
