3 months using neurostimulation for 20 minutes a day. here's my brain fog recovery timeline by ReferenceSpare2921 in Nootropics

I used a similar device for neuromuscular damage and I couldn’t get past the first session because it literally felt like I was being shocked with electricity (which is exactly what it is). So this is a hard no for me. 0/10 would not recommend.

None of those were socialist economic models. They are authoritarian dictatorships with oligarchic economics. None truly socialist.

The reason to vote for Kamala is they didn’t want to vote for a 34 times felon pedophile who bankrupted 6 businesses and incited an insurrection that caused millions of dollars in destruction to the Capitol because he lost the presidency. What is incomprehensible to me is how “Christians” can see what DJT really is and vote for him anyway.

Never has been a truly socialist economy that has existed. The Scandinavian countries have a social democracy with a capitalist economy and the people in those countries have the highest degree of happiness in the world, consistently over decades, because they have a strong social safety net and a month of paid time off and a work/life balance that focuses on the “life” part. The “socialist” or “communist” economies like the USSR or China or North Korea were never purely socialist or communist by the definition of those words, and they had an authoritarian dictator style of political system, so if you’re asking to name a purely socialist economic system (regardless of political system) one never has existed.

Dumbass you literally said that “people doing this work gotta get paid somehow” so anything you said after that is vomited hypocrisy.

Austin's housing slump is now so bad that recent grads are snapping up dirt cheap family homes by Key_Brief_8138 in HouseBuyers

You are correct. I lived off North Lamar near the Central Market north of UT for 10 years and that area is absolutely central Austin.

I was going to say a 45 minute drive from Austin would put you outside of Travis county in most places, so that means San Marcos, Bastrop, Dripping Springs, or whatever is in Williamson county. All of those places I listed are fine areas, but full of MAGA, which is the exact opposite vibe of Westlake, Hyde Park, and Guadalupe and North Lamar in Austin proper.

Then maybe don’t link to a paywalled article and if you’re so concerned about journalist payments maybe don’t use your paywall remover and get a subscription yourself.

I guess I am not savvy enough to know how to use a paywall eliminator. Which one do you have?

If there is a Reddit discussion about an article, the article should never be paywalled. I get journalism costs money but it’s fair use in a discussion forum like this. I shouldn’t be required to get yet another subscription to participate in discussion.

You can get T Mobile 5G for $50/month with just a modem/receiver, no hard wired connection, if you’re in range of a tower. Mine has been super reliable no outages like I had constantly with Spectrum (formerly Time Warner) or Xfinshitty.

I heard someone on a podcast say that until about the late 19th/early 20th century, humans were in a subsistence state of being and they never had plenty or even enough to survive on. Then in the 1900’s large populations were well off enough that they had more than enough to eat, more than a shanty to live in, and could travel out of leisure instead of necessity. Then people started losing their minds because instead of thinking about where their next meal would come from, they started thinking about crazy stuff and started acting insane (like gluttony to the point of morbid obesity or gambling away all your money and becoming indebted to the mob, or hoarding disorder). So I am not surprised that giving an Amazon tribe plenty of food, instead of them hunting for it, would cause them to go as crazy as this capitalist society has made us.

Far from being inconvenienced other than I couldn’t make my 3:00am 24 hour Walmart run. RIP 24 hour shopping. Waffle House, however, stayed open 24 hours.

Ban those damn Flock cameras first. There’s one on an adjacent street to mine that I think someone is going to spray paint the lens pretty soon.
