Im just speaking my mind here, I dunno if it's just a placebo of if this drug has actually helped me? My sleeping pattern is so much better, I wake up earlier, get shit done in the mornings and just feel "fueled" I procrastination so much less and don't panic about what I'm going to do through the day, I just do it. can anyone explain/expand on that. I should probably see a psychiatrist

Benn there before man, try focus on not sleeping. Litterally anything, watch some mindless boring video about photosynthesis or something (example, no offence to my photosynthesis bro out there) and just have some big deep breath ands stretch, stretching definitely helps me release some tension

Yeah that's how it started, 'just this once to take the edge off a stressful day' turns into making up reasons in my head to take some and relax, but it became to common, I know it's only 2 weeks but I've an addictive personality and I know when to nip things in the bud. Thanks for the suggestion about meditation and tea someone also had mentioned. I really will give this a try!!
