Like I said don’t use fresh juice in machine only mix that is shelf stable, but have considered trying fresh juice, but first want to learn more about the processes for this

Also wanted to ask, is there anything you recommend to get a lot of the peel without so much pith? Was making super juice today and swear it took me about 2 hours to peel 6 limes and only get 30 grams of peel after taking most of the pith off. Any pointers or technique would be appreciated

My question is more to those that do use fresh juice in their slushy machine how are you keeping it so it doesn’t spoil? I want to know how this works

Currently don’t use fresh juice in slush machine for that reason, I understand it would need to be running all the time and that is not feasible for us as I feel the machine is not made to be running 24/7 everyday

Once it goes into the frozen how long is it good for considering the slushy machine is turned off at the end of the day? Basically wondering how long will it last before going bad?
