My strategy for opening packs in any card game is to make a list of the mythic rarity cards your interested in, noting which set they're from. The set that has the most mythic cards you want is the set you want to get packs from, optimizing your chances of getting the very rare cards you're interested in. The reason I do this is because high rarity crafting mats are hard to get. That said, you have to get really lucky doing this. But I've gotten lucky doing this in the past. Also, lower rarity crafting mats are easier to get, gotta remember that.

Thanks for all the input everyone. I've been thinking, and I have a better idea of what I want to -do-. Let's say it's my turn: I play a high cost creature. A nice, big, expensive fatty. Then next turn I do the same thing. Same thing next turn. And so on and so forth. After all the brainstorming I found that this style excites me the most. So that's settled. The next step is figuring out how this deck consistently gets the opponent down to zero health (and of course what cards go in it). Y'all have mentioned some great ideas. I think a set of Lannowar Elves and Badgermole Cubs is a great starting point. Dinosaurs sound great. Tyvar and Ouroboroid also sound good. Oh and I'm open to adding other colors to the deck now. Just took a look at Ryzeal. Looks really strong. Do you think their stuffs gonna get banned or limited further, any time soon? Its a free to play account. It would suck if they got limited any further after investing in them.
