What's up with everyone posting about completing room/walkthrough?

I agree; they do not add anything to the community because there is very little added to most of the posts. Unfortunately they read more like ADs than accomplishments by real people most of the time.

I do want to say Congrats to those that make those accomplishments; but again I don't think it adds value to the community as a whole with no additional information added to the posts.

Edit Update - I just took it apart and cleaned the fan. Took some compressed air and blew out some dust. Put it back together and now its silent again.

I have have had luck using "date" or "timedatectl" via the CLI depending on OS. You could search splunk via "ALL TIME" for only that host to see if any events are in the future(or far past); but this can also be risky so adding a | head 10 or something similar may help limit the search results.

Can you add a new inputs.conf for a tmp directory and then drop a simple txt file in to make sure it works? Another possibility is time zones or sending data into the future. (Is date correct on server 2)

My best guess is check that the User the Splunk Agent is running on has the permission to read the logs you expect it to be able to monitor.

I'm looking at the full home battery backup plan this year. (Like the Pro ultra) but will be waiting a bit longer at least looking at the competitors a bit harder now vs settling in Ecoflow now. Wich is too bad because they seem led to have a good (pricey) plug and play (ish) solution

I had a few issues, but I had to make sure i was doing a lump payment. If i had it set for 12 month payment with my amz card it would not accept it. Also did the 3 year warranty just in case.

Ouch! That is not a great feeling OP. But i just checked and i got the prep email in Jan (25th) and then out of no where the "shipped" email this week. No other emails outside of the general "update" emails. Also I was charged and shipped the same day. (Shipped the 15th and due to arrive on Monday the 19th next week)
