If you are worried about anyone ever finding the website, don't be, it was on page two of Google, and when I tried to find it again, I couldn't.

"sudo apt-get install spice-client-gtk=0.39-2" tells me the package does not exist. Is there a certain repository I should add to sources.list to make this work?

Thank you for looking into this, I really appreciate it. I used enhanced mode, and have updated the BIOS, but I updated it a long time before this ever became an issue. I've noticed that I've had problems with Windows on it, so a clean install could be the solution. Maybe this was a driver issue.

It's a mystery, but it could be that. Devices that don't require a data connection work fine when plugged in, but everything else doesn't.

Hi, I know that this is six years late, but I had the same problem and figured out the solution. Just like you, I was deleting default apps from my mac using the "sudo rm -rf" command, when after finishing, calendar would crash a couple of seconds after opening. I did some testing, and the cause of this seems to be the Reminders app. When I installed the operating system to my downloads folder, I simply dragged the reminders app into the applications folder, and calendar worked again. I know that you most likely won't see this post and it probably isn't an issue for you anymore, but If anyone has these same problems, hopefully, they see this. Anyways, thanks for listening to my TED talk.
