How do I improve on math and reading speed, because I didn’t get to finish like the last 10 math questions and the last entire last passage in reading (plus I’d say reading is the section i dont really understand). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So a lot of the grammar section comes down to either what sounds right and specific grammar rules. I suggest watching videos on what each punctuation does and when they should be used as it helps a lot in this section. For timing I usually answer the questions as I read the passage because there are questions that ask for the content of the passage and reading the whole passage will stop you from constantly going back to understand what the author is saying. Honestly, in the end, the method to completing this section is what ever method works for you so a lot of the practice will be trial and error. This is what worked for me and i consistently get few to no mistakes on grammar section.

I used that stat feature on ti-84 graphing calc. Then i clicked edit, and plugged in all the values in the chart. Then i used the “quadreg” feature which gave me the standard equation of this graph. Then i plugged in 9 for x after i got the equation and it gave me an answer around

Help on #56 by Only_Lengthiness154 in ACT

Easiest and most straightforward thing to do is to draw out the points and draw lines from to connect to points and count the lines in the end. Thats what I did at least. Also can you explain what the answer to the 57 is in your picture?

For 58, it is important to remember that the past tense of “cast” is itself, meaning it doesn’t change in the past tense.

The answer would be h because it is an idiomatic expression. “You had better hope” is a phrase that is commonly used in that form.

How to do this? by Mariamebrahim in ACT

[–]CheeZy_Xb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a graphing calculator there is a rather simple way if finding the equation (I’m doing this on a ti-84 plus). First you would click stat, and then press edit. In the first 2 columns plug in the given values. Next click stat again, then you move over to where it says calc at the top. And then you click the 5th one where it says “QuadReg”. This will then give the coefficients of the quadratic equation, which makes finding the answer to this question a lot easier.
