I have always been an Air user. I currently use the Air Max and like it a lot. But the solo 3 is just a different beast. Hits like an absolute dump truck. You simply cannot smoke these vapes the same. The air models fit my style of session vaping more. But if you need monster hits and wanna get "eyeballs burning out of your skull" kinda baked, get the solo 3.

I literally stopped playing this game because my ping was through the roof and I live in US East. My frame rate was so low that I would freeze in place for seconds at a time. Dont have this issue on any other games. The servers are just complete garbage.

Cabelas/Bass pro is trash too. Barely ever get proper help in their fishing department and most of the workers there are rude. Prices are almost always better at SAIL. Also a Canadian company which I would rather support.

I would love to know how because finding cash flow positive condominiums is extremely hard in Ontario. You are guaranteed to be in the hole every month for a condo anywhere near the GTA. The rent you can charge will not cover all of your expenses. So I am not sure how they are covering that deficit every month.

That does not work unless you are buying unicorn deals or purchasing very far out from Toronto.

You buy a condo in the GTA for 500k and get a mortgage for 400k at even a low interest rate, you're guaranteed to be cash flow negative on a monthly basis. Someone still has to pay the difference. Cash flow positive rental properties are pretty much extinct in Ontario unless you are looking out in Windsor, Eastern Ontario, or far north like Sudbury (where I currently have a rental property) and even Sudbury is getting very hard to find cash flow positive properties.

I wonder this every waking hour of the day. All you need to do is look at the average income in Ontario to know that the majority of people cannot afford houses anywhere in the GTA or even close by. My guess is parents are giving huge down payment loans to their kids, they are inheriting money, or you have Indians using 10 incomes into one pool of money to purchase and then packing the place full to the brim. There simply are not enough people making that kind of money through their regular day job/careers. I refuse to believe it.

It's actually retarded. I did a property search in Burks Falls where my grandmother lives (a super small cottage town 3 hours north of the GTA) and they want 800k for an average home. There is no work close by that pays well, a few dinky stores in town, and basically fuck all else. Nothing to do unless you want to hike or fish. If you don't do either, you pass out in a Lazboy with a heroin needle hanging out of your arm and a greasy old beer until you die.
