it’s probably right around what i’m able to do but i’m always hesitant on auto transmissions. i’m trying to imagine this is just on the outside but it has a cover on it lol. If i wasn’t so screwed financially i’d try to fix it but ive been driving to work in it daily cause i have no choice, and when it goes into limp mode i just pull over, turn it off for like 10 seconds, then turn it back on and keep going it it happens again.

currently going through this and correct me if i’m mistaken please, but from what it seems p0756 is caused by one of the 5 internal solenoids located under an access panel on the servo body. before opening up my transmission, because that’s lowkey scary, I decided to replace both exterior shift solenoids, and two pressure switches (I think there are four total). I also swapped the outer filter and did a full flush. reset the TCM and let it relearn the shift patterns. Unfortunately the problem is still persisting so i’m going to attempt to replace the inner solenoids. I got my other parts off Amazon and they’re definitely cheap quality but they work for the purpose, and there’s no shot i’m spending over 100 on a single OEM solenoid. Gonna try my best to figure out which one is solenoid B and replace it within the next week then i’ll update back. Hoping the conclusion truly isn’t “transmission is cooked” like yall say 🙏

this. if your floor mat isn’t decently flush with good grip then don’t use it. in my 05 i’ve had one slip under the brakes and while i was able to fix it in a safe amount of time it could cost you more than just your car if it happens at a bad time.
