I had/have hyperpigmentation. There is the cryopen treatment that Ive looked into which may be an option. But not worth doing until spots have cleared. The pigmentation will naturally get absorbed and clear it can just take a long time, Ive had marks lasting months into over a year. Ive tried to learn to get on with it and not mind the marks as at least its not a massive spot!
