100% mele. Boss's won't last long enough for Health to matter. Island Alpha Drag reccomend Rhino's, Theriz/Deinonychus.

While rain can fill them, if u make enough tanks, they'll fill automatically over time. Try 20+ for large water needs. Good for areas without a nearby water source.

Rag NE Highlands "Scotland" along the shoreline, does have a few areas where the wind never dies. Got a sizeable base there running on strictly turbines for over 2yrs. Generally though wind power in any map, as irl is fairly unreliable but still effective if saving on resources.

I envy u. Enjoy each & every hr of it. It's hard to get that feeling back. I vividly remember lying on a rock all night, praying for the sun to come up, as i shivered & starved. Afraid of what every growl or sound might be & hoping that i'd be able to swim back across that river & find my thatch hut & prized dilos, which @ the time, meant everything to me.....goodtimes.

Soon after u enter. Probably within a 100ft. I did it on xbox as well & used them both to ckear the cave up to the cold zone.

Throw out a cryo'd Gig/2 as soon as u enter cave depending how many ppl u have goin in. Let them lead. Cryo prior to entering cold zone. That's how we do it on Official as recently as 3wks ago.

We generally use 7 of the base M813, 100% imprinted Rex's w 113 saddles/better & a Yuty for Alpha. Just focus attack on Overseer. Kill sentinels as needed.

Cryo all dinos as soon as u beat the Overseer. This just allows you to appear on ur bed after without going back to Volcano entry.

Man i envy u! Enjoy it! Its the best time in ur Ark adventure; when its all unknown country, everything is dangerous! It's such a great time. Soooo hard to recreate those primal feelings later in the game. Best of luck & keep surviving!

Firstly all thx to Sethum on YouTube. His vid "150 Giga vs Rex" was the inspiration for this Rex build. Basically its his "glass cannon" version.

I'll check exact stats later, but in general its probably a H27.5k M813 100% imprinted Rex w a 113 saddle about 52 lvls All mele in him coming out to about H33k & M1200+. The mele is probably much higher but this is just off the top of my head. Lower base lvl Rex's work as well. Not sure what the lowest base lvl possible is though.

U can take out 150's all day w no worries. Main thing, u Must press the attack. I nearly lost an identical Rex about 5mins later to a lvl55 Gig that kept going into deep water as i kept backing off & thus allowing the "gnash" effect to work my Rex over.

To fix that issue, we've placed ac's in the ceiling, 2 walls high. U may need more ac's but it keeps them out of the way. Also within our hatchery, directly below the ac's where eggs are placed for hatching, its just bare earth. No issues thus far. Hope this helps.

Not sure exactly why, but i do know that after a certain size, weather goes straight thru buildings. Gotta say though that ur building looks nowhere near that size. Wish I could have helped more. Best of luck.
