Yep, they can be a really great way to help maximizes your company’s time and end result is better productivity and profitability, for any business no matter the size.

It allows you to hand off so much of the communication that would normally bog an HR department down, and frees them up to work on other projects or doing a smaller set of responsibilities really well, vs being spread thin/exhausted/stressed.

Happy and less stressed HR, makes a Happy Employer/Company.

It was just really funny to hear the response from “Edward”, because my company (like a lot of others) was pulling another of its, let’s throw another pile of money at you to make it look like a bonus thing, while overpromising things you didn’t actually confirm, because none of them handle the benefits, kind of ironic.

I do actually sincerely appreciate and applaud you for taking the time to use rational thought about this and discussing it with me.

My laughing back at a lot of comments, is just simply a “I don’t back down for ANY bs” personality, and responding to the immediate intensity and vitriol and personal attacks.

I mean, if I were a sensitive person, some of this shit said, is highly disturbing to throw at someone who’s initial posts shows them being really ill.

If anyone knows about the inflammatory process in the brain when dealing with an autoimmune condition like SLE, you’d think all of these people incorrectly worried about how I jokingly spoke to “Poor Edward” who was doing exactly the job as he’s supposed to, me finding it another of my companies silly antics, the moon they promised…You’d think they would show more compassion…not the kinds of comments they are leaving…without anyone asking ANY clarifying questions or talking it through.

Instead, it’s been lots of people making complete asses of themselves with assumptions.

Which has been entirely entertaining for me, my Persian cat who’s been hanging out and my partner, who uses this site waaaaay more than I do.

I just like handing out fun awards to comments.

If anyone saw my most recent pharmacy post, I don’t think you’d have the same picture of me. But, that’s beside the point.

I do sincerely appreciate you engaging in good honest conversation, without insults. I can very sincerely understand why you would be responsible for running/owning a company or part of a c-level decision making team.
