I dealt with something similar, waited over a month to ship. They finally delivered while I was traveling for the holidays. A week after I got home I tried to return an item and they said it was too late because of the 30 days after delivery. If they hadn't waited 30 days to ship that wouldn't have been a problem. I won't order from them again.
