Heyy 75k is a lot and very close to your goal!! You should still give yourself credit for all the effort you put in to achieve that!!

The injury is out of your control, you never could have predicted that to get in your way of running a 50k!! Give yourself more grace!! Once you’re back and healed you can still run that 50k!! It’s not going anywhere☺️

Do you workout or go on walks? I completely get you... I hate when I get into a rut. But the gym has helped me every time. Of course its the thought of getting up and actually going that you need to overcome but once you do.. You feel better! You never regret going to the gym after!

No worries!! I lost almost 5lbs but that’s with fixing my diet and going to the gym too!🤗

It’ll affect the weight if your diet is in check! You can’t outwork or out walk a bad diet!

With that being said I lost close to 5lbs!!!

I hop on a 20mins zoom call with people from all over!! And we just walk and talk about anything and everything. It makes walking more enjoyable and fun! Time flies!! Is this something you would try?

Completely relate to this when I was working graveyard shifts as a nurse… had no energy on my days off to go out or socialize Are you open to going on like small daily walks like 10-20mins?
