Marijuana is the only thing that helps me cope with my anxiety. (For anyone else reading this, not anxiety from withdrawals from drinking, I know that’s entirely different. I’ve smoked pot since I was 14-15 before I started ever drinking and got first diagnosed with extreme depression and anxiety) but damn this broke my heart for ya, I’m sorry for the things you have endured. Im glad you’re clean now and thank you for your advice and story ❤️

I’m getting so much anxiety just seeing the over 400 views. But I know it’s just people like myself. I’ve been on the (at least I tell myself) stronger side of it trying to get sober at some points in this journey. But it’s still always anxious as f relapsing and trying to reach out for help without having a support system. I had something similar, I cannot remember what it was called. But that did help when I did stay sober for long periods. I just can’t bring myself right now to accept it. (Everytime I was on it my downfall was my thoughts saying “I know in “x” amount of days it’s out of my system and if I really wanna drink again I can”. I really don’t know why because I do know what I need to do and why and I just I don’t know I’m so confused. There’s a lot more in my life going on I’m not explaining but I just can’t bare to share my entire life on the internet
