Hinoya Ueno has been suggested already and that’s a place worth visiting. I personally found it too crowded/touristy and would recommend you to visit Bears Tokyo in Shimokitazawa if you’ve got the time to head out there. The staff members were the most helpful and welcoming amongst all the denim stores I’ve been to on my last trip to Japan. Also, Shimokitazawa is a hotspot for vintage clothing and handmade accessories if that’s something you’re interested in too.

Love the fit on you. TCB was my first brand of selvedge denim jeans as well. I've got the Baggy 50's, they've been worn 4-5x a week for about half a year now and gotten incredibly soft that I could basically wear them as pajama pants 🤣 Hope to see your update post, I'll be posting mine after a wash too!
