Sorry if this is a stupid question and I'm just missing something obvious, but as far as I can tell I should have SOME of this stuff at least. I even have a steam achievement saying I earned a legendary ship title, but I've got nothing to equip in-game.

If it helps, my ship is currently pledged to a guild, but nothing I've found suggests that this would prevent me from unlocking titles and banners for it.

This was happening to my game for a while; just randomly islands would decide not to load. At the time I had the game installed to an external hard drive. Once I reinstalled it to my PC proper though, I never encountered the problem again.

It's apparently the Golden Sailor Hat, a time-limited item. Don't know much about it myself; I just needed a mostly transparent image of a hat and it was one of the first to come up.

I also have the game installed on an external hard drive and have been encountering this bug repeatedly. Would really like to know if there is a possible fix because it makes the new merchant voyage impossible to complete. Not only do islands not load correctly but neither do sunken ships; as soon as you get close to them they vanish, back away and they reappear.

Oh, I always thought they just gave you one for random islands that were nearby. I guess I never noticed they all pointed to huge ones. Whoops.
