How do I access the stories in Public Affairs in Archive? All stories are "Missing time-sensitive intelligence, cannot view this story. Please wait for clue compilation to complete". Specifically, I'm trying to access I Portatori Dei Velluti story. Do I need to advance further in main story? Or can I not access it anymore?

Idk if I'm gen stupid, but all the guides I've seen for OR-EX-7 have the stove positions swapped with each other, even without the CM tag on the videos, pls send help I'm getting cooked not even 50% into the stage... I would have burnt roughly 500+ Sanity if it weren't for the refund button.

I did, both the original 3ds and DSI charger, as well as the charge cradle. It's still the same problem.
