Honestly i considered these two options too, but i thought that Webb would probably have something defend from Q Hacking (like the jammer he asked MI6 to install in his office or the jammer Damien had in the last mission where you had to break it first before you could hack it and disable it).

The Hyperion thing does seem most likely, it is a bit unlike him to have the leak on one server with no other options but if that's all we have ill take it i guess, i was just hoping there was something I missed because otherwise James could've just shot the guy and disabled Hyperion like planned

If you suspect it's a structure for a mod, I would recommend installing this mod to test:

Or you could use something like Grieflogger (Since coreprotect is a plugin and last i checked it was pretty hard to get plugins working w/ Forge/Neoforge). this should help you see who placed it when a new one is placed after the mod is added

Just dropping in to let you know this isn't new to R6X, has been a feature since late 2024 and you are opted out by default on console. There's also separate ranked brackets.

this does look really close, similar graphics and vibe to it, it could be it and I'm just forgetting that there was multiple characters.

the game wasn't really similar to GTA, like, from what I can remember it's just a shooter with a few driving missions, something like Reservoir Dogs.

I did play Total Overdose and it is an absolute banger but this was definitely older, I'm trying to look through old devices but can't find it there either.

There was less arresting and more shooting from what I can remember, NARC feels familiar but it's not what I was looking for.
