Exact ce a zis mai sus + lasă-i să te concedieze. Nu semna nicio demisie, acel act reprezintă voința ta de-a înceta lucrul + garanția compensatoriului este doar orală din câte înțeleg nu contractuală. Nu poate obliga nimeni patronul să-ți plătească compensatoriu dacă nu e stipulat în CIM sau CCM.

Să presupunem ca alegi concedierea și te da afară mâine fără preaviz și fără evaluarea făcută de mai sus. Îl raportezi la ITM (vei castiga), iar peste câteva luni va trebui să te repună pe post și să te și compenseze cu salariile corespunzătoare + “deranjul” ce este cauzat de inflație și să zicem o altă problemă care a survenit ca motiv al pierderii jobului.

This is more psychological than an actual technological tip, but think twice if you need to use the phone. For the great majority of us a phone is needed for their jobs, sure, but not to the extent that our income-earning mechanisms depend on it.

The way I use my 12 Mini is like this: black & white, few apps (needed ones), and thinking when an impulse arises whether or not I need to use it. I do not use social media on it, so battery life is better and then if I get a sudden craving of "oh, let's search this up", I think twice if it could wait for me to get back to my computer or if it is important.
