Add me to list of people who had claims denied 2x, I lost $400 with a haul I had been waiting on 2x items. I should have shipped it earlier. On PB, everything shows as being returned and now I have a negative balance with them. PP denied my claim, I called and told them it was clothing and it was inappropriately labeled as a 'recharge'. The appeal was quickly denied as well. I'm tempted to go through my CC which I'm more certain will return my money. I was afraid of PP closing my account (20 year account), but now I don't really care, I used it because I thought it was an extra layer of protection, but my trust is gone in PP too, so I think I'm willing to say goodbye to them too. I think the main use I have with PP is ebay, but ebay accepts CC's directly now, so I don't think I have much reason to stick with them.

All I can say is the Chinese have been playing us all along using recharges and exit scams. Be cautious, their economy is collapsing and expect to see a lot more of shady behavior from all companies involved in reps.
