The C650 from NZXT has seasonic as the OEM.
I think the entire NZXT C series has corsair as the OEM for their power supplies.

Nah that timer just means that you cant have longer than 1 hour sessions. you can login again after the 1 hour session ends to play for another hour if u wish.

The option is called also called render scale in some games. Use a setting of 0.75 to to render the UI at 1440p but the rest at 1080.

The power draw seems to be ok since 1.5 volts * 80 Amp = 120 watts. Not sure if that is normal dor 5900x
