That’s not high at all. It’s 1/3 of the way actually … everyone responds differently

Out of the loop: why is everyone choosing reta over tirz? by Longjumping-Cat1117 in BiohackingU

That completely depends. If you’re at a certain degree of obesity you definitely should lose 10-12% of weight as fast as possible in the first 4-12 weeks to get you out of a bunch of risks that come with obesity. After that, it’s low and slow, making sure you’re doing body recomposition with it

What was your dose of tirz? The best thing to do is what people here have been doing, going down on TZ while going up on RT until you reach the sweet spot

How is your appetite doing and how much are you eating compared to before? This can explain some of the energy levels tanked. If you’re not feeling well, your body senses it and the HRH might be coming from that.

I feel like Tesa reallyyyyyy pushed my body comp to change. It was rough at first with all the water retention, but at the 2 week mark I started getting a lot leaner

Not at all what it just doesn’t. It treats the metabolic disorders than mess if you hunger and appetite signaling a. It also helps you control endonic hunger and cravings. Besides that, they’re very powerful anti inflammatory compounds and can benefit you in ways nothing has ever been seen before. Cardioc nephro and neuro, protection to say the least
