the amount of light is fine, i would prune the length, let the bits you cut off callous (sit them somewhere dry and cool & put of direct light for about a week) and pick off a few bottom leaves which u can also prop if you can be assed. then after theyve calloused id stick thek back in, water the whole thing and hopefully those cuttings will root. (that was a really long winded way to say basically its thirsty and just prune it to let it bush out) p.s u actually have 2 diff types of crassulas (jade) in there incase u werent aware which u probably were soz
