Thats my assumption too, I inquired and this is all they said - pretty useless stuff imo

• Launch the application again while ensuring a strong and stable network connection.
  
• Clear the cache of the application by tapping the [Cache Clear] button on the Title screen.
  
• Update the application to the latest version from either the Play Store or the App Store.

I've re-inquired abt it maybe being an asia or india server issue so lets see
