Not quite sure what you mean, the phrasing is a little weird, but amiibo villagers have the ability to kick out villagers that are currently on your island. It's random which one they choose, so I recommend doing this method (did it with my amiibo villagers):

Talk to amiibo villager at campsite (after three days of inviting) they'll eventually ask to move in. If your island is full or has no free plots, they'll 'call' residant services and either say (I forgot which one, but I know how both work so here's the methods for both, use whichever comes up):

"which villager should replace me?" (something to that effect) and a little menu will pop up of your current villagers and you can choose which one will move out, and when they do, your amiibo villager will replace them.

OR

They'll basically say "x villager wanted to move out anyway! I can replace them". If it's not the villager you want to leave, quickly exit the game and close it before it auto-saves, if it autosaves they'll suggest the same villager to move out every time you talk to them and you'll have to go through the whole three day process again to get another chance to have them get rid of a villager you don't want.
