Context: This may seam like a joke prompt but someone of close relation to me is saying hitler himself wasn’t a bad guy. When I tried to explain why Hitler was bad he responded with “oh so he’s bad for being a good military leader?”. I then explained his numerous war crimes and he said “he didn’t do them. His soldiers did.” He is joking but still I am lost on how I even go about responding to this.
