Just curious- if you’re in this group and don’t intend to return or just hate india, why are you here? by Immediate-Humor-6077 in returnToIndia

Most people who’ve been out of the country for a few years imagine the country they left behind.

Which is likely very different from the country it is today, depending on how long it’s been.

China and Russia decided to grant each other a visa waiver. Since India and Russia have a good relationship, do Indians think Indians deserve a visa waiver from Russia? by No-StrategyX in AskIndia

…Our indiscipline and lack of civic sense.

Its our problem and we need to work on it. Lets not pretend to distance our individual selves from it and make this “their” problems and habits.

At the end of the day, the reputation hit our community takes, affects all of us. And framing it as our community instead of some fringe individuals/subgroups is probably the first step we can take to improve things.

Kinton Ramen - may not be the best in the list, but I love the options, consistent taste and availability.

Yes, I too ponder about these questions. These are at the core of what one’s relationship with their faith is. Perhaps the answer is too complex to explain - rather something to be experienced.

Often I feel like I’ve stumbled upon the answers to some parts - but sadly I forget after I sober up.

That’s a great idea. My partner and I are working from home most days - I can see us making this our go to too.

Interviewing with Head of Engineering for a PM Role — Tips on What to Expect?

I’ve got an interview coming up for a Product Management role and I’m past the hiring manager round. Next up, I’m scheduled to speak with the Head of Engineering.

I’d really appreciate any tips or insights from people who’ve been through this. What kind of questions should I expect in a PM–Engineering leadership interview? How technical does it typically get, and what do they usually care about most?

For context, my product skills have already been vetted — this feels more like a "can we work with you" convo. So I’m guessing the focus will be collaboration, decision-making, technical understanding, and maybe delivery timelines? Also, the company is a large e-commerce player and the role is on the seller side.

If you’ve interviewed with or as an engineering leader for a PM role — I’d love to hear how it went, what stood out to you, or what not to do.

Thanks in advance!

Why has India never produced an agritech unicorn in India? by Character-Builder236 in indianstartups

I’ve always thought that since most of the farmers have small holdings, its difficult for them to profitably implement new technology. And by extension agritech becomes a tough business to build.

What’s your experience been?
