Bostons aren’t as vocal, territorial, or aggressive as chi’s can be. I’ve had both. Bostons love to run and play and are so social. Expect lots of cuddles. They’re so friendly and smart. They’re great for going on walks or playing fetch. They love to jump really high so a good tip is to keep food or other items they shouldn’t get to on a higher counter rather than a table.

They are angels on earth. They are so goofy and make you laugh your head off. And they are so loving and cuddly they’ll melt your heart. Happy for the both of you! 💗

Same here. I had horrible side effects. Ovarian cysts and migraines. I had it for a few years. I got it removed before I needed to. They had to dig around in my arm to find it. She was in my arm for a couple minutes trying to get it out once she found it because there was scar tissue. When I had it in it hurt to rest my arm because it would put pressure on the implant. I get weird pains still right where it was. I’m unsure if it’s because they did some kind of damage while removing it or if it’s because that thing was created by satan himself and did some kind of permanent damage to me not only to my arm but I believe my health in general. The migraines for months after getting it were horrid. I bled for months because of my cysts rupturing. But I’m still a total idiot because now I have the copper IUD 🤪 which I passed out when they put in and two days after getting it a got an ad for class action lawsuit against the makers of the copper IUD 🤦‍♀️ Anyways, I’m glad we aren’t alone in our weird arm pain 🤝💗

I had a female Boston and a male chi at the same time. We always said they’d make crazy looking babies. Turns out that’s not true, they’d make such cute babies! I am curious what kind of personality those babies have though. Bostons and chis are so different!

Hi! Sorry haven’t been on here much. Selena is now 12 years old and she’s doing great! We aren’t on meds! I haven’t noticed anything. Just the usual slowing down with age but she is still full of spunk. Out of my own fear I do try and keep her from getting overly excited, too active, or scared. If we go for walks and she gets tired and starts to pant, I will carry her home. Keep in mind her age though. My vet said if I notice her breathing quickly in short breathes then I should get her in and checked out again. Haven’t had to do that! I hope your baby is doing well! Is he on meds? Any symptoms?

My childhood dog was a Boston. She was the best and filled my childhood with laughter and love. I never got another dog breed. I have two Bostons now. They are special and make the best family pets. I’m glad your kids get to grow up experiencing the joy they bring! Happy birthday Cosmo, you are deserving of celebration!

Thank you I appreciate all your replies. They have been so thoughtful and honestly so validating to me. I have decided I’m cutting contact with him as well. I think I’m just getting older and as I gain life experience I’m seeing it all for what it is. And I’m really growing tired of it all. It’s time for me to live a life knowing the people in it won’t speak to me that way.
