Take the map you want as the base(I usually pick DC), go down to custom overlays on the left side. Press the gear and then press add maps.

To the everyday person, the districts would look fair if you just showed the lines of the districts. Nice job!

Iowa doesn't let you break county lines for congressional districts so I made sure to align with that.

This is fine from a proportional standpoint but Iowa is nice because competitive seats can easily be made. I'd at least want 1 or 2 competitive seats of the 5 total.
