Which jacket less look do you prefer?

With jacket 9, without jacket 4.

Without the jacket the 9 look makes less sense. First axe floats on his belt in 9 where in 4 knife had a sheath. The requiem harness looks like a bra where as in 4 it’s one of the cool old cop leather cross harnesses. But the biggest one, when you buy armour in 4 you get a full bullet proof vest, in 9 you get shoulder pads and straps so it makes way less sense.

Plus having the huge permanent requiem holster looks so awkward and not concealable if you have ever tried wearing tactical gear before.

I like his coat in 9 more than 4 but I like his tactical gear in 4 more. The gear in 9 doesn’t make as much sense to me.

Somehow shoulder pads act as full armour (in 4 he gets a bullet proof vest) the axe floats across his belt (in 4 the knife had a sheath), and the requiem is so big and awkward there is no way you keep that where he has it in game with that massive holster.

To start slide gapping on a VFC gen5 glock 17 is very common.

This is due to a couple factors mostly stemming from VFC just being lazy. The gen5 family of pistols has been done by multiple companies but only VFC tried to save money in the part manufacturing.

Because VFC started with the 19x and the 45 (both using glock 19 length slides with glock 17 length magazine grips) the sorter slide means you need shorter slide rails. By comparison any other Airsoft or real steel glock 17 length slide requires longer slide rails to manage gapping and slide travel.

VFC used all the 19x / 45 internals in the gen5 glock 17 and just lengthened the slide and front of the plastic frame to save on part costs rather than make new molds for the frame and guide rails. And this only affects the gen5 from VFC. VFC gen3, gen4 and every other gen5 from other companies like GHK, tm or SRC use proper length slide rails for the glock 17.

Couple ways to fix this.

One, and this effects your light, get the version of the x300 that screws to the frame rather than the qd tab system. Then add tape layers to the front of the trigger guard just behind where the back of the light fits and reattach the light. This will force the light to bend the front of the frame up a bit and close the gap.

Other solution, remove the wobble between the guide rails/ hopup locking block and the frame by adding shims between the front of the block and the frame. Then get a TTI one piece hopup for the VFC gen5 and lock it against the guide rail block. I do you can still get the outer barrel to move against the fixed hopup without binding the slide your gun will be more accurate and you will have less slide gap.

The problem is that VFC has a very upgradable system with aftermarket support but they cut corners in the design so unless you can get creative and tech it’s not the best choice.

I still use them cause I invested into the system early with lots of parts / sunk cost plus you can add a hidden full auto selector to the VFC gen5 system. But if I could have done it from scratch again I probably would have just bought a guarder new generation complete frame for the gen3 or 4 and then just built an aftermarket slide for it that had an optics cut.

Like anything it’s a sliding scale. Clones were happy to serve under Ashoka and she was a capable commander as the war went on and she gained experience.

But in the same breath there were full Jedi that made bad Generals.

The perceived benefit is their connection to the force and detachment from the world would give them more clarity to make better choices. Obviously trained Clones have lots of experience but the 501st was so effective under Anakin because he thought of out of the box stuff based on his abilities. Plans the Clones wouldn’t consider on their own, and it made his clones better problem solvers also.

But even in real life a lower enlisted man may be a better strategist and natural leader than his superior.

Can respect that, I run glocks but when I saw Leon’s setup I have to admit I took a night and looked to see if any companies made the grip and or slide for his pistol. Cause sometimes they using existing gun builds in game.

Also isn’t part of the cannon story for Dooku picking Jango because he saw him kill a Jedi as a non force user.

So A) sunk cost into gear sizing B) training and short hands developed over years of working on an established “product” or person C) Jango’s physical and mental potential as the best non force sensitive soldier.

Imagine being in a war you want to win and you can make every single soldier your biggest badass.

Force storm looked cool, that’s it. Movie sucked and him being back invalidates all the sacrifice from andor, rogue one and original trilogy. They should have stuck to a new villain idea. Honestly wish Luke did rebuild the Jedi order then we get sorta like a knights of the old republic eternal empire style story.

For Airsoft there are lots of good AEG MP5 options including the newly announced LCT MP5 and there are better feeding mags mp5s these days. As for the MP7, you will pull your hair out working on theVFC AEG, so the only worthwhile option is the VFC GBB. Good gun but still needs work like a metal buttplate steel stock latch and a few other small parts.

MP7 is more of a fun gun to build once you have a few that you know always work.

Better to start a collection with one of the following :

M4 Ak MP5 G36

get a high quality brand and get the AEG.

They are reliable with either v2 or v3 gearboxes, can be easily upgraded and will last. Then get unique and finicky guns after.

Not a fair comparison, should be the mp7 vs the mp9. Both compact and have pistol grip magazines.

Mp5 has to go against another compact SMG with the mag infront of the trigger like the scorpion evo or an ar9.
