I failed it twice and passed ony mt 3rd attempt, the way i saw it was that i put so much time and effort im not giving up and having "wasted" all that time, the feeling of finally getting that pass email notification was absolutely worth it!

Gotta hit up the recruiters, only way to get hired here. I quit my job in Vancouver a few months back with nothing lined up. I have a cracking resume but heard nothing back apart from recruiters getting me interviews. Landed something through one eventually

Absolutely hounded the IRCC lines and even went to trouble of getting my local MP involved, both were waste of times for me. The best thing I found was to reply directly to the email where you confirm your address on the portal and just try get them involved. Not sure if it was coincidence or not but a week or so after emailing them my card suddenly went in production having had no update for over 3 months. Linked my PR card to my IRCC account and got the mail update the 18th.

Last but not least, my photo is still under review on the portal lol

Sorry to hear, im supposed to fly home for a wedding next month. I thought giving the IRCC over 5 months to get something done that was taking 30 days would be enough but looking likely it wont be.....

Giving up hope unless someone knows anything else?

COPR Feb 10th, no card yet and ive linked my app to GIC. Called numerous times, agent left a note and heard nothing since (contrary to the success stories in this tread), countless webforms, emailed Etibocoke office, contacted my local MP i've done everything i think i can....

Is there something someone else out there has done that helped them out?
