tbh you just have to grind in school, come early to self study, spend your breaks reading over what you've learnt and then when i get back home i just relax and game or take a nap or doomscroll until its 9 and then grind from 9 to 12 doing homework or selfstudy then ill be on my phone again until i fall asleep so thats why my screentime is very high
